1. Cancellation Policy
To confirm the reservation, we charge a 50% deposit via bank transfer.
The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival, by any major credit card (full payment) or PIX (BRAZIL).
Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: Refund of the paid amount (If paid by credit card, a 5% fee will be deducted. If made via PIX, the full amount will be refunded).
Cancellation with less than 29 days in advance: The deposit will not be refunded.
No-show (no appearance without notice): The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
2. What’s Included in the Package
Accommodation: Comfortable chalet with forest or river view (Minimum stay of two nights).
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with typical Amazonian cuisine (drinks not included).
Ecotours: Jungle trails, canoe rides, wildlife and flora observation, and visits to riverside communities.
Bilingual guide (optional): Available for R$ 400.00 per day (total for groups of up to 10 people).
3. Transfer Operations
Our standard transfer operates daily between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. The journey is done in two stages:
Air-conditioned vehicle for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Speedboat for about 45 minutes to Bioma EcoLodge.
The vehicle will pick up guests directly from their hotel in Manaus. The driver will contact you via WhatsApp as soon as he is on the way, within the informed time frame. For transfers outside this standard time or customized transfers with a set time (such as airport arrivals), we charge an additional fee of R$ 500.00 for a private transfer. We do not operate any kind of transfer after 3 p.m., due to safety regulations related to river visibility. If the guest’s flight arrives after this time, an overnight stay in Manaus will be necessary, and travel to the lodge will take place the following day. This overnight stay in Manaus is at the guest's expense.
Arrival transfer: Departure from Manaus between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Return transfer: Departure from the lodge at 9 a.m., with expected arrival in Manaus at noon.
Meeting point: Hotel or airport in Manaus, as informed in the reservation.
4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 9 a.m.
Check-out: Until 9 a.m., with departure from the lodge to Manaus at the same time.
5. Children's Policy
Children up to 9 years old: Pay 50% of the full rate of an additional guest (maximum one child per accommodation).
Children aged 10 or older: Pay the full rate as an additional guest.
6. Essential Items to Bring
Light and comfortable clothing (preferably quick-drying), including long pants and long-sleeved shirts.
Binoculars for birdwatching.
Raincoat.
Hiking shoes or boots.
Insect repellent.
Sunscreen and hat.
Flashlight for night tours or low-light areas.
Reusable water bottle.
Personal medication (including for allergies or specific conditions).
Cash for purchases in riverside communities.
